We have work-only studio units ranging from 500 - 3,000 square feet.  Our ground floor units have access to four dock high loading docks that make them ideal for light manufacturing or warehouse/distribution uses.  Our upstairs and downstairs units are ideal as artists or photography suites.  The majority of our units have windows and/or skylights illuminating units with natural light.  Our building is bordered by a gated secure parking lot.
